i have wine-1.1.20 (self compiled) and chemsketch 12.0 and it seems to be almost ok. Sometimes may appear "minimize problem" it shows only small window with nothing in it, but it is not always. When it happens i minimize once again, wait for a moment and click again and main window appears again.
