I had the same problem, but after poking around a bit, I found "/media/HEROESCOMPLETE/_setup," and "/media/HEROESCOMPLETE/Heroes4/UK/_setup," each of which had a Setup.exe file in them. After running those (& agreeing to the @$#$#& non-free licenses) the games seemed to install just fine, though I haven't gotten IV to run correctly yet.
