Try using a no CD crack. Sometime wine has issues with cd copyright protection

Try to check in the wine configuration that your cd adress are there like (d: e: f: c: or something else)

Copy the contents of CD1 to a folder, then run he setup. when it requests the second CD either enter it into the drive or if it is a .iso mount it. Make sure that this drive is configured in wine to be accessible which it should be by default but for some reason wasn't on my system.
