I second this post. Mine is working 99% too with the only glitches known to me are the ones already listed. It is running almost better than my Windows 7 partition.
Also would like to state another thing about my SimCity 4. I installed the game in Windows 7 and am running that instance of the game in Linux (Linux Mint 8), so it has all the regions and cities shared between the two, working with both OS's.
