Did a bit more testing. Doesn't seem to be related to resolution whatsoever. Also, now it seems that the real mouse doesn't want to show at the edges of the screen anymore, and the mouse is now locked to the center instead of the lower right (same screen ratio though)

I fixed my own problem. If any of you run into this issue, go into your wine configuration, then libraries, and change dinput8 (or whatever version is on that list) to 'builtin' or 'builtin then native'. Solved my problems immediately.
