I dunno - in this case, he may have a more general point. Wine 1.1.4 seems less stable to me than 1.1.3 - I've not had lockups, but TF2 has hung for me once already. Since we know ArchLinux has... issues... already, it might be that it locks up when Ubuntu's 1.1.4 release merely hangs.
