Well, to play in private servers, you need to extract sclientinfo.xml from the GRF(if it was from a GRF) and place it in a folder named "data". Then, open sclientinfo.xml with a text editor and then copy the address in there, which is usually a DNS. Then try to ping that address and then find the IP that came out. Re-paste it in where you found the address and save. Run your client and voila! You can play too! :D
I am running ubuntu and I use bridged and I am not so familiar with the kinds of IP's even though I am a server hoster... OMG!
