I've had same problem with fullscreen games a long time ago after trying to run something with different wine settings. I cant remember exactly how I fixed it and I couldnt reproduce this issue now, but I think it was something with "Allow window manager to control/decorate windows" setting. It was like I had already tried everything and couldnt fix it and then I just changed one of these settings and the problem disappeared and I never had it since then.
