Hi, I tried your hack and doesn't work for me. Without the hack I can't see the Vista player but he sees me; with the hack I see myself twice and the Vista player but the Vista player can't see me anymore. In both cases, joining a game fails with the connection timed out error.
Just a note: I had to add the -m32 flag to the CFLAGS in the makefile to compile your hack because otherwise the library got compiled in 64 bit and couldn't be loaded.
