He's saying that as a results of trying to install it indicate that it is necessairy.
But that aside, I don't even know what it is, all I know is that if I use the program you linked me too, I open it with wine, then it starts to install, and when it's done it gives me an error.
I've also tried using playonlinux but that also results in an error ("unable to find the version : 1.1.36)
I should maybe also add that i've used the 1.7 patch from the official site too.
