All this depends on the hardware. I only get about 30 fps when running this game in windows. Now when i run this with on ubnuntu with wine 1.1.12 my fps drops down to 10. So it might just drop the fps relative to that persons hardware, i.e. your frame rate is half of what it is in windows.
