Applications / Wine / Configure Wine Or "winecfg" from a terminal window. Go to the audio tab. See which sound driver for wine is checked. ALSA is usually the preferred, but if it is not working you might try OSS instead. If you still can't get one of them to work, try reducing the hardware acceleration drop down to Standard or Basic. In the in-game sound menu, I would leave the default Miles Emulated 3D sound option checked. [post new] [reply to this]
