Just installed the patch...seems to work fine. Movies, sound, music, and voices still work. Haven't played much with it yet..so no clue if there are other problems.
And I just used my already existing x3tc install and installed the patch there..so no clue if the install instructions for a new install need adjustments..but doesn't look like it as I had to change nothing for my existing install.
