It looks like you don't installed DirectX and VCRedistributables by winetricks. Please check that. If everything is ok please try deleting/moving out aegisty.bin (or similiar name) from your bin32 folder and run game with -ncg option.
If everything that is done and Aion still doesn't lunch:
- remove your wine bottle,
- remove winetricks cache
- do all clean install (with downloading clean Aion through launcher)
