I logged the terminal output hoping to find a cause to the slowdown during combat (in vain), what I did find is I also had the "Failed to use ICMP (network ping), this requires special permissions. " error. My point is that aion was running at the time. So this error may not be what's causing it not to execute for you, it's probably something else.
