Can you point to where you download the latest patch? Or did you do that from within the launcher?
Can you point to where you get the patch and what you do to "Fix the CD check"? I can find lots of links about that, but they're entirely for older versions; it's difficult to know what is going to work for the current version or where to find things for the current version.
