Control ActiveHome USB interface (CM15a).  This is a device that can send signals over the powerline to control X10 devices (light switches, lamps, etc...)  The software allows direct control (i.e. turn on/off this light) and to download to the CM15a timers and macros that function in a standalone fashion (i.e. even if computer is off).
