Cucusoft YouTube Mate is a Freeware YouTube Video Downloader. I tested Version 8.17 of this application. This version works great - I think some (or all) of the previous versions have stopped working, presumably because the YouTube site has made it harder for a program to download a video. And trying to grab a video out the memory used by flash (like you used to be able to on Linux is now a total nightmare with the new flash versions sadly..) -- But the latest version (8.17) of Cucusoft YouTube Mate works well, (on Wine 1.5.1 and Windows XP). So I just thought people would like to know. Cheers all! (FYI, The only obnoxious thing about it, is that you have to register for an "activation code" (its just a one-time only step) using your email address, but it is easy to do, and I -THINK- they will not spam you any.)
