PowerWorld Simulator is a simulator for 3-phase power networks. It allows simulation of high-voltage transmission lines, generation and loads, complete with fault simulation.
This is a free version for Educational and Evaluation use. The version I downloaded was provided by my university (QUT). A newer version (v12) is available from the PowerWorld site above.
