This application is a GUI development environment for Bristol-Babcock's ACCOL II based RTUs (the beige ones, not the blue ones). It is used to develop programs for process control and measurement RTUs. In it, a user can code, compile, download and debug online (for debugging, you require an actual RTU).
Development of this package has been frozen because the company's focus is now on the ControlWave family of products. There is a software license key required to use the product but it will run for a 30 day trial period, which is the basis on which I ran it. I do not know whether wine allows installation of the software key successfully.
