Long history of development, five editions published so far (2009/2010), updated every 2-4/few years.

Many versions inc. paper, CD, DVD and on-line.

The 4th updated (2CDs) and the 5th (DVD) editions support Linux natively (bash installer, no-CD authorisation). Same for Mac OS.

Some of the earlier version may be run using Wine (see test data).

BTW. We are not discouraging Wine users to experiment with newer versions of the dictionary.
