Turn- and hexagon based World War Two strategy game, covering the European (including northern Africa) theatre. Supports single player, and multiplayer against one opponent via hotseat, play by e-mail (PBEM) or Internet. Contains historical commanders, research, navies, various unit types. Campaign or different scenarios available.

Enhanced version of the 2007 game by the same vendor: "Commander - Europe at War", with main changes seeming to involve a more reliable installer, fastplay scenarios better suited for PBEM and improved design.
