Basically, creation of modules seems to work. I was able to create a little module, with customised characters, items, conversations and scripting... complete with Community Expansion Pack 2.0, so even hakpacks work. Loaded the module up in Linux NWN client, and lo, it works perfectly.
If not for the rampant glitching, the user experience might even be tolerable and the software would be perfectly usable. =)
What does not
3D display is rather glitchy. Sometimes, stuff work right; sometimes, colours flicker, stuff leaves trails on screen, or textures get mixed up. It's all just cosmetic though.
Some lists of stuff in the area/object list appear to have a duplicate item for each "real" item. Trying to click the "wrong" item gives an access violation error. However, in the actual game, it appears there's no duplicates.
Sometimes the user experience gets massively accessviolatory and glitchy. Usually harmless, but it's still better to save often.
But overall, it's possible to actually do stuff without any serious settings stabbing.
What was not tested
I didn't really stress-test this thing; just a small test of creating a small module and editing a CEP-enabled module.
