Version released to Korea in 2003 or 2004.
Has a few extras that the American retail did not have (I have both), including music by Korean pop group Fin K.L and themselves modelled as skaters. Also, the copy protection present on the American retail is not present on this version. Not sure on the EXE version number.

Menus (sorta), in-game movies (tested through unlock all cheat) which are Bink format, playing the game, create player, park editor, entering cheats.

Additional Comments
Every now and then, crashes randomly. If you set the game to play in a different resolution, then when you go back to the menus they will only be at the top left part of the screen (because the menus forcibly run at 640x480). Does not happen in real Windows (the resolution changes).
