What works
installing, running the application, viewing tickets

What does not
chatting

What was not tested
Initially, i'm only interested in the chat function (the 'livesupport') and therefor i didn't check all the functions. Though the ticket window is there and tickets can be viewed ok :)

Additional Comments

Livesupport chatting fails, employee can't see a thing that is typed. RC1 gave me a popup when someone wants to chat, RC3 doesn't even do that anymore.

having the same error here on -RC1 and -RC3. Application installs/works ok (supportsuite.3.11.01.stable.zendopen.tar.gz), when a visitor starts a chat he receives a 'pending-chat' window. I receive nothing in -RC3, though in -RC1 it pops-up to notify me. After a chat-session is established, client can type it all and I can't see a thing. Not even my own typing.
