Well, that bug goes through all the wine versions.
I actually tried to run it for a loong time and it is always the same.
It always crashes here:
Forwarding...
socket Error:10043
Though now wine added some extra info:
wine: Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x00000000 at address 0x42580a (thread 0009), starting debugger...
It's really very desired program because it enables lan game for Warcraft, Starcraft and many more games. I could easily find lots of pages in the internet where guys thied to run this app. Still no one succeeded.
I thuely believe that with your experience fixing it won't be a great problem since this small utility must be very simple and with absolutely no graphics.
