very laggy - 1 fps

installed Soldat 1.4.2 on a fresh wine 1.1.3 install.. tried to play with config, nothing changed.

have only ~1 fps and no sound (though winecfg testsound was played)

my hardware is a P4 3.06GHz with an nvidia FX5200 (propertiary drivers loaded with dri and glx modules in X)

i'm pretty newbie to wine, so maybe i just need some .dlls or whatever?

every hint is welcome
