Regarding installation: I had installed the game first using the minimum installation option, as other installation options require changing to the second CD during installation, which Wine doesn't support.
After Rayman M had updated the Wine's Windows Registry, I manually copied the following files to my Rayman M installation point (by default, this is "C:\Program Files\Ubi Soft\RaymanM"):

Need DLL

For play Rayman M Need msvcp60.dll library.
copy msvcp60.dll to .wine/c_drive/windows/system32/ and open a shell
and run winecfg, select libraries ald add msvcp60.dll, save and...play :-)
