What works
The game runs smoothly on medium settings. I have yet to encounter missing textures on enemies, but I have not yet encountered all of them.
The game typically runs with about 2/3 of the FPS at medium settings compared to what it gets under Windows 2000 on ultra.
The fonts substitution result in some strange effects, with word wrapping occurring at unexpected places, but everything is legible.
You have to copy the Windows file d3dx9_33.dll into either the windows or the windows/system32 directory to get the game to start and start it with the /NoPatch option.
What does not
Installation of the CD halts after the initial installer. This is probably at the point where it starts a secondary installer to install NCsoft Launcher. I have not tested any further.
Copying an existing install from Windows does solve this problem.
Using the ULL also seems to work, though it still has problems with peer resets and generally fails if it has to wait longer than a few minutes to re-establish connection.
Setting the graphics settings is limited to medium. This is because of an auto detection system in the game that does not allow for higher settings if shader model 2.0 or higher cannot be determined. This seems to be checked through D3DPMISCCAPS_MRTPOSTPIXELSHADERBLENDING. When the corresponding code is uncommented in Wine it does allow for higher settings.
These higher settings themselves do not work. Turning on any of the shaders in the game results in a "shadowland" where only the shadows are visible and all the textures are gone.
What was not tested
Most of the game content. Hey, it's an MMORPG.
I have now encountered missing textures on Flaregashers, Maw and some parts of NPC's. The partials on NPC's are evident on head gear or clothes.
The bug manifests itself by the missing texture to be completely white, keeping the game playable.

Is there a way to start "Tabula Rasa" with just one command, not selecting it in ULL?
Something like:
ULL -TR
Or ULL do not support command line parameters handle?
