A strategy game covering WWII. You are a German, Russian, British or American General leading your troops through one of five campaigns. As you progress through the campaign, your success allows you to improve and increase your forces.

What works
Game can be lauched both at fullscreen and windowed mode. Menus works. Background redraw works.
What does not
When starting a new game, I get an error dialog stating "unable to create C:\Program Files\panzergeneral\panzer2.rpy"
After launching a new game, the mouse cursor is static, even though I can still click with the "invisible" mouse
What was not tested
Could not go too far without a mouse...
