What works
PCHelpWare client displays correctly IFF (if and only if) you disable DirectX (tick box on the main screen). Mouse works without a problem. Remote screen displays both in windowed and full screen mode.
What does not
Bizarrely, the keyboard does not work (had to use Windows XP accessibility "on screen keyboard"). Also, there are reports that the grey bar across the top of the screen (on the client software) causes problems with display over time, but I've yet to replicate that problem.
What was not tested
Remote use of clipboard and chat functions.
Additional Comments
The client side is heavily used by technical support organisations and, in my case, is the ONLY thing tying us to Microsoft. If the keyboard function worked, we'd be Golden (or higher).
