The newest (as of July 11, 2008) of the Digibib. The programme allows you to browse the Digitale-Bibliothek CDs published by Directmedia, Berlin.
It has many useful functions for searching, marking and commenting.
If you register your copy you can install the Cds on your HDD so you don't have to insert the CDs anymore.
Although the software can be downloaded free of charge on their website you need to buy the appropriate CDs.
Old test results
The test results for this version are very old, and as such they may not represent the current state of Wine. Please consider submitting a new test report.

What works
Marking, commenting, searching functions all worked when I tested them.
So I guess nearly everything works.
What does not
Copying CDs to HDD gave me some trouble. If you want to copy just one CD that's ok, but if you have more than one I had these issues:
- new CD wasn't recognized correctly but as the one you installed previously
- if you chose to install this wrongly recognized CD the entry in the index remained, but the actual content was that of the newly copied CD
- sometimes the programme complained that there was no local CD drive installed
What was not tested
Nothing I'm aware of.
Additional Comments
Displaying of Greek (and other non-Latin) characters might need an additional font that supports unicode.since the one included does not work properly. For Greek Palatino Linotype is recommended, which is included in Windows XP and Vista. If you do not have this font I recommend Cardo, which you can get here: http://scholarsfonts.net/cardofnt.html.
Due to the CD-Rom issues I rate it Gold.
