GRLevel2 is a Windows viewer for live and
archived NEXRAD Level
II data. Base
reflectivity, base velocity, storm relative velocity, and spectrum width sweeps for all radar tilts are
available. High speed zooming and panning allows you to quickly focus in on the area of
interest.

What works
It appears that everything works to an extent:
-Selecting different radar sites.
-Images are downloaded and displayed.
-Smoothing works on images that are downloaded after the smoothing checkbox is checked.
-Warnings are displayed correctly both in the warnings window and on the radar map
What does not
The radar image is offset up and to the left, it overwrites the toolbar and menu if it is dropped down.
The mouse pointer and the point where the mouse actually clicks on the map appear to be offset by the same amount the image is offset.
The radar cross-section view seems to have the same image offset issue.
