What works
Application starts, temporarily. We made it past the initial point by applying the winetricks script:

What does not
It only opens long enough to print "Error 339 - Component 'CSFTP32.OCX' not correctly registered: file is missing or invalid - Trace Point: 800"
Clicking through the popups allows the main program to display before it crashes.
CSFTP32.OCX is being replaced by the preliminary install piece (rjstcpup.exe) and does exist.
