Might be possible to download and install needed dll's separately.
Get rid of error message "Call from 0x7ee2cc9e to unimplemented function d3dx9_36.dll.D3DXCreateFragmentLinkerEx, aborting" by search and install d3dx9_36.dll manually to system32 folder.
