I added these dll to get the program to install: mfc40.dll, unzip32.dll, and mfc42.dll. The programs error log contained the following:
Error 429 (ActiveX component can't create object) on line 20 in Function OpenDB of Module modDatabase
Error 91 (Object variable or With block variable not set) on line 20 in Function SaveBinary of Module modGSNew
