The test results you have selected are very old and may not represent the current state of Wine.
Selected Test Results (selected in 'Test Results' table below)
What works
Can extract it (the main setup file).
What does not
Anything else. When running the main installer in Wine, it gives volume permission errors. After extracting it and running ZuneSetup, it gives some other errors (will have to go back and check for specifics).
What was not tested
Nothing.
Additional Comments
I really wish this would work as native MTP support seems impossible at the moment (what with the Zune requiring a handshake from the Zune software prior to syncing).

Has anyone tried installing Zune on a windows system then importing it to wine? This would at least get us past the installation, then you could just import all the installed registry files over to wine, I got spore to work for me under wine by doing this.
I'm going to give it a try when I get home tonight, but if this would be a waste of time by all means let me know :p
