Additional Comments
La Tale will install and execute the launcher/patcher flawlessly, but upon doing so, the user is confronted with a dialog saying "Information file is not proper. Will you download again?" also presenting the user with Yes or No; No will simply close the dialog and freeze the update, leaving the user unable to progress, while Yes will cause the dialog to recur. Because the game can only be launched when the patcher finishes checking versions/updating, I could not launch La Tale; I have reinstalled twice without any improvements also. Would've loved to try this game.

I believe the problem lies in LaTale's security program, X-Trap, which runs as a separate process than the LaTale game client in Windows. In Windows, when you start the client (not launcher client), X-Trap must open first. The key to getting LaTale to work under Wine will be in configuring X-Trap to start correctly as well.
