This is the first version I came across. It crashes before it tells me a version number.

What works
Audio calls works fine, the best sound quality yet, the plugin itself seems to be ok.
What does not
Installer hangs at downloading files. It is a BITS (Background Intelligent Transfer Service) problem.
What was not tested
Video chat. It couldn't detect my webcam.
Additional Comments
I tested this using Windows version of Firefox 3. I also had to copy manually Google's dll, and mess with Registry Editor as described here: http://alex.eftimie.ro/2008/11/18/howto-gmail-voice-and-video-chat-on-ubuntu-linux/
