What works
I performed a simple investigation on a DD image and everything I tried worked perfectly except for custom filters and a toolbar that does not always refresh properly.
What does not
Using a custom filter appears to have caused the application to crash, but it may be a bug in the application rather than Wine. I recommend saving your case before trying to use this feature.
One toolbar occasionally does not refresh properly, fortunately there are no buttons in the affected area.

Before trying it I googled around and found forum posts from others who claim to be using FTK in wine frequently. I just appear to be the first to submit it to AppDB.
