All works and installs. Set Windows 98 if you have problems.

What works
Nothing. Downloader hangs, requires windows 98 compatiblity to get rid of some errors and spits out errors if you don't have vcrun2008 with winetricks. Though even with that I have not gotten the S4 Downloader passed 3/4ths Initialization.
The only terminal output I get is this;
