This is a "platinum -1 rating". I'll explain why.
1. This game needs that you set "Windows Vista" or "Windows 7" in your "emulated Windows release" for optimal performance. That in winecfg.
2. When I run this game in fullscreen, at least in KDE, it fails to obscure the Plasma panel. The workaround is simple (set the panel to Autohide before launching the game.
3. The English patch will not work. This is by design (the English patch sideloads the Japanese binaries and patches them into memory, so, sideloading one binary with another and patching it in memory won't be supported in Wine because of the security risks that involves).
4. This is somewhat crashy at the History Mode, but I don't know if those are Touhou's crashes, or Wine's.
