Only I have installer for this game (with winetricks) are:
-directx9 (the setup program installs automatically this)
-Dirac

-i3codecx
-vcrun 2003-2005-2008-2010 and vcrun6 and vcrun6sp4
-xact and xact2010
-physx
In winecfg (libraries) the box is empty, no dll overrides.
I tested the version Hawx v1.02 (official patch) and patched exe for remove security checks
Only one issue: If the game change your desktop gamma, check in the menu, VIDEO--> Change gamma and adjust (It works for me).No need to repeat this process.

Problem with the gamma

The game loads fine, no problems on the installation, but the only issue has the gamma. The game change the gamma when loads and my desktop change to the darkness (with the game). Anyone have a solution for this problem?

click ok and installation closes. No more code on the console either.
Don't know if it matters but on the cd it says windows xp sp3/vista sp1 (only). I tried switching it to vista in wine config but it makes no difference.
