To get the game working i do the following steps:
1. install game
2. download X3DAudio1_1.dll and extract it to .wine/drive_c/windows/system32 folder
3. winetricks directx9
At this moment i have working game, but without movies. To get it works, I run winetricks wmp9 wmp10
I think sound won't work until X3DAudio1_1.dll will be supported.
It's good idea to disable HDR, because sometimes this option makes rendering errors.

It is important to NOT install directx before "AGEIA PhysX" driver, otherwise it will fail to install.
I don't know why, but if I install only wmp10, movies still doesn't work.
