What works
SFTP to internal IP via a ssh-tunnel works. [browsing; invoking custom commands - such as tgz a remote directory, copying to and from.]
What does not
Changing the local default 'home' directory to a native linux partition in the preferences will result in error messages popping up.
Copying folder or files to a local linux partition from a remote sftp location will not work; however the Wine "C:" folder or a fat32 formatted usb thumb drive work fine.
Copying files FROM the local linux partition (Z:) TO the remote sftp connection does work.
What was not tested
SCP connection,

Additional Comments
Was a portable application (4.2.7), no install was necessary.
