After install, it may complain that it can't find the MSVCRT80.dll file. If this is the case, go on to the Microsoft site suggested by the documentation and download the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for x86: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=32BC1BEE-A3F9-4C13-9C99-220B62A191EE&displaylang=en
Careful: do NOT download the MS VC redistributable SP1, because it doesn't install. After installing the MS VC redistributable, everything worked.
