The test results you have selected are very old and may not represent the current state of Wine.
Selected Test Results (selected in 'Test Results' table below)
What works
Installation SEEMS to work fine.
What does not
Program cannot be successfully launched after installation. Every time it is launched, it exits almost immediately with an error reading (verbatim), "Unable to load the CloneCD device driver! After Installation of CloneCD Windows has to be restarted!".
What was not tested
Anything beyond initial launch, since it doesn't get past the driver error and never arrives at the main program screen.
Additional Comments
I suppose it is possible that there may be some workaround that would permit this program to run under Wine, but I was not able to find it at this time.

Driver Error:

You know, many programs utilize something similar to the DAEMON TOOLS, and use a "Virtual Drive" to alias burners so it can format a direct stream right to them from the hard drive. They first create a spare space on a hard drive where they can stored the disc data as it is being written, then they utilize that. It could be either the formatting of the space it's using is a problem. If you were to place the Wine prefix on an NTFS partition, it might find itself some easier software targeting. Just make sure the C:Drive is pointed there too and the D:Drive is your primary system. That way, burning only requires you to insert a disc, and use the Autodetect to place it in the mounted drives (a pipe out to the drive). Now it can format whatever space it wants from the C:Drive, and utilize the burners. Try any mix of these and you might get better results.
