You will need to open regedit and add c:\lotus\compnent to the path under HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Environment\PATH

I am so glad I confirm that it works:

1) Install Lotus Organizer to wine in standard way.
Installation ends with error message. Ignore it.
2) Open regedit and enter recomended key:
c:\lotus\compnent to the path under HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\SessionManager\Environment\PATH
3) Copy all files from the lotus\compnent directory straight into the root directory \lotus
Now the program works fine. It was tested with wine 1.2.3-0ubuntu1 ~ ppa1
