Installation of Internet explorer 7 via ies4linux needed.
Override rpcrt4, ole32 and d3d9 with builtin libraties, d3dx9_27, d3dx9_36, d3dx9_41 with native libraries (I have googled them and copied manually, basically it can be also installed from DXSETUP).
Works also in fullscreen, resolution change during game works, all detail levels works.
Just after switchover from game to X game sometimes fails (ca. 1 from 30 switchovers).
