Site says that the last Delphi version will be 2.1, and yet this is 2.2.1. It also says that the new version will be wxWidgets - not sure if this version is Delphi or wxWidgets.

What works
Everything as far as my limited testing has shown. It installs (with an error message at the end of the install that doesn't seem to affect anything), runs, and I can draw maps, save them and export them as jpeg.
